Very pleasantly surprised! Staff as well as food (e.g. meat) very good and very recommendable! A star deduction due to the location - is something "large-scale gastronomy". As I said: still a clear recommendation!

Once our main course was not recorded in the system, but the children's food came first and they loved it. Apart from that: Everything is great!

It's a shame ... yesterday we went to “Captain's finest” again and, after our last experience, we were really looking forward to this evening ... Unfortunately, we have now been disappointed a bit. The service was really great at the beginning - in the course of the evening we had to draw more and more attention to ourselves - probably there was just a lot going on ... The starters were great, the men’s meat was of wonderful quality, but a little over-seasoned. OK. We women had opted for the whole, fried sole and were unfortunately very disappointed. The fish was very salty and appeared to be drowned in butter. We both only made half of it - it was just too fat. The side dishes - parsley potatoes and cucumber salad - were ok, nothing more. The waiter noticed immediately that we were not that happy and said we should give our feedback to his boss. Shortly afterwards a lady came up and asked us it was too salty? We kindly explained what bothered us and what we just couldn't do anymore. She carried the plates away without comment. That's it. No "oh, too bad", no "I'm sorry" - nothing - no reaction. In this high price range (54 € / fish) and the appearance of the restaurant, I would have expected a little more ... Too bad. There remains a stupid "aftertaste" for this evening ...

Always a pleasure. Best service and high quality of the food. The steaks are perfectly cooked to the point, which is unfortunately the exception in Germany.

Very good restaurant The menu is not cheap so we opted for the menu Meat with very good accompaniment for 34 euros Gourmet coffee 9 € Only downside a reeir on the bill at 14 € 50 for a wine not consumed but quickly reimbursed in cash

A masterpiece! Choice of seating - excellent. Service excellent. The 3 course menu was good, as expected, it even more than exceeded expectations! The raw fish was unfortunately not good for me and my companion, otherwise as usual, a more than expected excellent performance. Top👍

Wonderful family meal. Great service and top-notch personal despite the measures related to the Coronavirus !!! When we come back to Europa-Park, we will definitely be back for dinner !!!!

Of all Europark restaurants in which we ate, this was the worst and most expensive in terms of service and taste. Our wine order did not come, only on request we were informed that it is no longer in stock. The recommended replacement was twice as expensive. However, this was not mentioned in the recommendation (0.5 liters for 15 € to 35 € is a difference). It was okay in terms of taste, but not adequate for the price. Overall, it was very restless and the waitresses made an overwhelmed, hectic impression on us. We are not used to such quality from Europa Park. Next time we would rather go back to the Medici.

Live music, all staff are friendly and helpful, the food is very tasty and the prices are according to the quality. Everything was great! I recommend the four course meal

I am deeply impressed. Finally a burger that is medium. Great ambience, service, food .... alternated with live music from water features. Absolutely courteous staff. Here service is understood. How does it work? Who trains here. High praise to all and respect to the organizer in the background

Everything was excellent from start to finish. We took the menu at 79 (land and sea) special mention for Lobster bisque. Good against the child with it is long .... very very long (d or my star less). Count 2h minimum. Service a bit slow. I will come back with friends.

Very good restaurant accompanying the Europa park as part of its Bell Rock New England hotel. Mind yourself that it's pricy! With a family you're better off to use the buffet restaurants on and around the park. We had the same tuna which was great, however the wine and drinks generally seemed too pricy. They weren't bad just a bit too expensive for their usual range. Slight confusion with the reservation, but they solved having put us down for less people easily, so good service! The decor if the restaurant is tasteful and original as you're used too from Europa Park.

It was divine. The setting is sublime: this impression of being in a hull of a ship is a great idea. The setting is relaxing and very refined it is very nice. The staff is so kind and helpful. A small bonus point for their clothes, also in the theme and so beautiful! We had taken the captain's menu for about 70 €: apart from the amuse-bouche, the dishes are presented in the photos of this comment. It was excellent there is really nothing to add or criticize. We had a great evening and we will come back with great pleasure. Very good table, especially in an amusement park! Bravo Europa-Park!

Good food but maybe slightly overpriced

Brilliant atmosphere, live music and outstanding food. This place is 5* in every aspect!

Nice restaurant. Service could be improved. Pasta is not worth it.
